Season Overview

Registration for the 2026-2027 season is open! Please read the season information below. Contact us at jagshomeschoolbasketball@gmail.com if you have any questions.

Please be sure to check out our Calendar Page for practice and game times.

Practice & Games Practices will begin in early November. League games for all teams will begin the first week of January.

The End of season championship tournament will be early March.

High School Boys: Tuesday and Thursday 6-8pm at West Middle School. Blackout Sports Fieldhouse during holiday weeks.

High School Girls: Crossroads United Methodist Tuesday and Thursday 4-5:30pm, West Middle School Thursdays in December 4:30-6:30pm

Middle School A Boys: Clifton Community Campus Monday 6-8pm, Crossroads United Methodist Thursday 6:30-8:30pm

Middle School B Boys: Clifton Community Campus Monday 6-8pm, Crossroads United Methodist Tuesday 6-7:30pm

Middle School Girls: Clifton Community Campus Mondays 4-6pm, Crossroads United Methodist Thursday 4-6:30pm. Blackout Sports Fieldhouse Thursday 4-6pm in November.

Home games are usually Friday evenings at a local school gym. Away games are usually Tuesday, Thursday or Friday. Some away games are in Montrose or Delta.

Registration

Mandatory Parent/Athlete Meeting: Monday October 26, 2026 at 7pm. Heart of Junction Church.

Registration/Payment Deadline: Preferably bring your payment to the Parent/athlete meeting to guarantee your spot. The payment has to be made by the first practice.

The cost is $140 Middle School (eldest child), $110 each additional child in family.

High School $140 (eldest child), $110 each additional child in family

Team Size Limits: All teams will be limited to 10-12 players, based on coach preference. First come, first served. Any late additions after registration has closed are left to the discretion of coaches and JCHSS board.

To register, we need a completed Online Registration Form, a medical release and code of conduct paper that you must print and sign and the 24 hour rule agreement paper. Please bring the signed forms along with your payment on the night of the Parent/Athlete Meeting. Payment can be cash or check and should be made payable to JCHSS.

Coach’s Registration : Coaching Application – Returning coaches in good standing no longer need to fill out an application.  You do need to notify the board of your interest and coaches are always subject to board approval.

Assistant Coaches are approved by Head Coaches.

JCHSS runs a background check on all coaches.
