Registration
Registration/Payment Deadline:
$30 per family, plus $10 per athlete, $12 per team shirt
To register, we need a completed Online Registration Form. After registering online, you will receive a code of conduct paper that you must print and sign. Please bring the signed form along with your payment on the night of the Parent/Athlete Meeting. Payment can be cash or check and should be made payable to JCHSS.

Coach’s Registration : Returning coaches in good standing no longer need to fill out an application. You do need to notify the board of your interest and coaches are always subject to board approval.
Assistant Coaches are approved by Head Coaches.
JCHSS runs a background check on all coaches over the age of 18.
